Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker based at Moree Community Health Service.
You will work within the Violence, Abuse and Neglect Service, collaborating with Aboriginal communities to provide culturally protected, trauma-informed support, advocacy and case coordination.
You'll develop safety plans, connect clients with essential services, and engage with local organisations at community events, contributing to prevention and health promotion.
