mecwacare is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our dedicated team at the mecwacare Simon Price Centre in Mont Albert North.

Located close to public transport Permanent Part-time opportunities available Work from our Mont Albert north location and support a valued local community Monday to Friday across AM, PM and Night shifts What you bring: A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a relevant Certificate III/IV qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in an aged care home, ideally with proven skills in mentoring and supporting other carers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with older people and their families.
The ability to understand and follow individual client care plans.
Sound problem-solving skills and the judgement to know when to escalate issues to a supervisor.
Proven time management and multi-tasking abilities.
A proactive, dedicated approach to delivering best-practice care.
A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Flexibility to adapt to workplace demands and a collaborative team spirit.
