Regional Manager
to lead a portfolio of stores, coach future leaders, and make a real impact on business performance across your region.

About the Role
As a Regional Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of 6-9 stores, partnering closely with Store Managers to maximise performance, elevate customer experience, and build strong, engaged teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time in stores coaching, developing talent, and creating a culture that delivers outstanding results.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching,



and developing Store Managers across your region
Driving sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI performance
Creating exceptional customer experiences through solid store standards
Identifying and developing future leaders
Supporting succession planning and talent development
Managing rosters, wages, operational standards, and compliance
Driving visual merchandising excellence and inventory management
Minimising shrinkage and ensuring strong loss prevention practices
Building a positive, high-performance team culture
