University of Sydney is seeking a Senior Specialist, Psychosocial Safety to provide expert advice and support across operations and academic activities.
You will work with HSW Partnering, HR Partnering and Staff Health Support to manage psychosocial risks and strengthen safety controls.
You will lead initiatives to embed the psychosocial HSMS, coach leaders, and deliver scalable prevention programs across faculties and units.
