We're looking for an experienced Senior Employee Data Officer to join our Transactional Services team and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of employee data across the entire employee lifecycle.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in HR administration, employee data management, or payroll operations who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring others while driving service excellence.
About the Role Location : Melbourne CBD (Collins Street) with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Work type : full time permanent.
What you'll do Reporting to the Employee Data Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring employee data is accurately maintained across onboarding, employment changes, transfers,



contract variations, and terminations.
Acting as a senior member of the team, you'll support the resolution of complex queries, help manage workflow priorities, and provide guidance and mentoring to Employee Data Officers.Your ability to balance accuracy, compliance, customer service, and continuous improvement will be critical to your success in this role.
Process and quality-check employee data transactions across the full employee lifecycle Ensure employee records are maintained accurately, compliantly, and within agreed service levels Act as an escalation point for complex employee data and HR administration queries Provide support to employees, managers, Payroll, People
