BlueCare is seeking a Home Services Lead in Toowoomba to manage day-to-day delivery of food, cleaning and laundry for residents.
You will coach and empower a team, ensuring protected, high-quality, person-centred services and strong stakeholder engagement.
Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in aged care or healthcare, with a focus on food safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
This is a permanent full-time role with weekend availability as required.
