About the Role Strikeforce is seeking Relay Team Members to implement new planograms across the grocery sector.
You will work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements, and demonstrate flexibility to meet allocated timeframes.
All planogram work is completed during standard trading hours — no weekends or night work .
What Is a Planogram?
A planogram is a visual guide outlining how products are positioned on retail shelves to ensure consistency, compliance, and optimal sales performance.
Key Responsibilities Read and accurately follow planogram (POG) guides Implement recent in-store planogram layouts Adjust shelving and merchandise stock as required Identify and escalate any in-store issues Ensure ticketing compliance and adherence to Relay standards Always follow safe work practices Complete accurate reporting via company app Skills
