About the role: We are seeking an Outbound Supervisor for our National Distribution Centre.
This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating the Outbound team to ensure stock is accurately prepared, loaded and dispatched to our retail stores on time.
Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, you will allocate daily tasks, coordinate truck departures and transport providers, and ensure outbound activities are completed safely, efficiently and accurately.
You'll work closely with other DC teams and help maintain a positive, accountable team workplace.
Key responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the Outbound team, setting daily priorities and providing guidance and feedback.
Plan daily workloads, truck departures and load preparation to meet dispatch deadlines.
Coordinate transport providers, including FedEx
