This role will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end change strategies across complex, technology-enabled transformations, working closely with senior client stakeholders to drive sustainable business outcomes and adoption .
Based in Canberra , you will play a critical role across delivery, pre-sales, and capability uplift , working with a high-performing team supporting clients across the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support client engagements to define and articulate compelling cases for change aligned to strategic outcomes Co-design and facilitate workshops (including ideation and problem definition) to help clients solve complex business challenges Assess and diagnose organisational readiness, digital maturity, and change impacts using structured frameworks and data-driven insights Design and deliver integrated change strategies and plans , including stakeholder engagement, communications, training,



and adoption approaches Translate technology-enabled transformation (e.g. ERP, digital, AI-enabled solutions) into meaningful people, process, and behaviour change Design and deliver modern learning solutions , including instructor-led training, digital learning, and scalable adoption approaches leveraging new tools and technologies Partner with clients to build internal change capability , coaching leaders and teams to sustain change and realise benefits Contribute to pre-sales and proposal development , bringing practical, outcome-focused change solutions Support the growth of the practice through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and building capability in emerging areas such as AI-enabled change and learning Key Skills Extensive resources to support your onboarding and continual development including DXC University We know that great people refer great people.
