About us STI Doctor is an Australia-wide telehealth service focused solely on discreet, non-judgemental sexual health care.
Patients are usually seen within 15 minutes by phone or video.
We're the sexual health arm of Teldoc Australia, run by Dr Vafa Derakshan (FRACGP).
The role: 2–3 days per week, a few hours per day Flexible sessions between 9 AM and 7 PM (Sydney time), 7 days 100% telehealth, so you can work from home anywhere in Australia Bulk-billing model for Medicare-eligible patients What you'll do: STI testing via electronic pathology requests, with results follow-up consults Treatment of chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, herpes, Mycoplasma genitalium, BV and more PEP,



PrEP and Doxy-PEP Erectile dysfunction and oral contraception Partner notification advice and referrals as needed Essential AHPRA general registration VR GP (FRACGP or FACRRM) Medicare provider number, or eligibility to obtain one Sexual health experience Knowledge of current ASHM and Australian STI guidelines Calm, non-judgemental, sex-positive communication style Reliable internet and a private space to consult from Desirable ASHM PrEP/PEP prescriber training Telehealth experience We offer 65% of billings, approximately $200 per hour Flexible schedule that fit around your other commitments Work from home with no commute Steady patient demand, with bookings handled for you A supportive, doctor-led team
