We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer | Project Manager to join our Roads team in Gladstone .
In this role you will manage the design and documentation of a variety of transport infrastructure projects across the public and private sectors, supporting an extensive regional client portfolio.
You will provide leadership, guidance and assistance in the delivery of projects from concept through to construction.
You will bring an aptitude for resolving complex site constraints within operational environments, together with experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you: • Establish and maintain client relationships, identify new project opportunities and win work.
• Project manage and be technically responsible for large, high-quality planning and design projects ($2M+ design fee), including multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Develop local junior engineers and design personnel.
• Ground truth designs throughout regional Queensland's extensive remote road network.
• Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects through other offices as required.
• Contribute to the development of GHD's knowledge and skills in civil and transport engineering including planning, design, and construction.
What you will bring to the team • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
• ***** years' experience.
• Experience and motivation for establishing client relationships and supporting winning work.
• Excellent project management skills and ability and willingness to mentor junior engineers.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng)
