The way we see it, every Alcoan is a work-shaper, team-shaper, idea-shaper Current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence * Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability within industrial environments * Experience with PLCs, motor control systems and industrial automation (highly regarded) * Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, resources or continuous processing operations * Commitment to protected work practices and environmental compliance * High Voltage switching experience or willingness to undertake training (highly regarded) Additional information * Interviews may progress prior to the closing date, although all applications will be considered * You will only be contacted if you are shortlisted for an interview,
