Salary Classification - Registered Nurse Year 1-8 Remuneration - $ - $ per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading + The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused workplace.
Suitable applicants will have the opportunity to develop skills in surgical nursing with the support of an Educator.
Ward 4B is a 30-bed ward caring for adult patients from surgical specialties.
The surgical specialties include but are not limited to: General surgery, Colorectal, Gastro, Plastics, Skin lesions including melanoma, oncology-based surgery including mastectomy and breast reconstruction and cardiothoracic.




About you Registered Nurse authorised to practice by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Recent demonstrated experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting as a Registered Nurse Ability to work unsupervised and proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of the multidisciplinary team Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Demonstrated commitment to own personal and professional development Commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of Calvary and the ability and desire to uphold these principles
