Thiess is seeking experienced and motivated Grader Operators to join our high-performing team at Curragh North .
As a key member of the Curragh North team, you'll support safe and efficient production by operating graders and other ancillary equipment while contributing to high-performing mining operations.
Roster: 7/7 Day Night Rotating | Location: Curragh North, QLD | Employment Type: Full time As a Grader Operator, you will: Operate graders and ancillary equipment safely and efficiently to achieve production targets.
Maintain a strong commitment to Thiess' safety culture, procedures, and operational standards.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to deliver safe, reliable, and productive mining operations.

you'll be a motivated and safety-focused operator who enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.
You'll bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a commitment to operating safely and efficiently in a dynamic mining environment.
You'll be comfortable working collaboratively with your crew and take pride in contributing to safe and productive operations.
To be successful in this role, you'll have: Minimum 12 months' experience operating graders in an open cut coal mining environment.
Proven experience operating CAT graders, ideally 18M and 24M Verified machinery skills list (training transcripts/LMS documents) signed by an SSE or delegate.
Current Standard 11 Current Driver's Licence Experience with CAT MineStar technologies, including Command for Haulage, Fleet and/or Terrain, will be highly regarded A strong commitment to safety and working effectively as part of a team What's on offer At Thiess, our people are the heart of everything we do.
