Permanent Full-Time | Port Hedland, WA | Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm As a Customer Service Coordinator at Coates Port Hedland, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in supporting some of the region's mining, industrial, construction and infrastructure projects.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll manage customer enquiries across phone, email and face-to-face interactions while helping coordinate equipment solutions and supporting day-to-day branch operations.
Working alongside a close-knit team, you'll enjoy a hands-on setting where everyone pitches in to get the job done.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy being busy, can confidently manage phone calls, emails and walk-in customers and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do.
What you'll be responsible for Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions Manage customer enquiries and support requests through a shared inbox Process hire documentation, quotations and customer requests Coordinate equipment deliveries, pick-ups,



transfers and servicing requirements Build strong relationships with customers across a range of industries Work closely with the branch team to deliver practical equipment solutions Support the day-to-day running of a busy branch Pitch in wherever needed to help customers and support the team What you'll bring Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or internal sales Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers both in person and over the phone The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment A proactive mindset and the ability to determine what needs immediate attention and what can wait Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using systems such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential.
