Service Summary The Salesforce Technical Consultant bridges the gap between high-level stakeholder collaboration and hands-on technical execution, offering a unique opportunity to shape both immediate system performance and long-term platform strategy.
The primary focus is the stabilization and optimization of the current Salesforce environmentspecifically through troubleshooting, functional enhancements, and the maintenance of data integritywhile simultaneously driving the roadmap for future platform evolution.
Service Deliverables Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues through debugging and root cause analysis Identify and fix data inconsistencies to maintain high data quality standards Deliver enhancements using Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, and permissions Contribute to light development work,
including Apex and custom components where required Support and maintain integrations across connected systems Manage tasks and priorities using Jira or similar tools Maintain clear documentation of solutions, issues, and technical insights Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce support, analysis or consulting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to anticipate business needs and recommend practical solutions.
Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools, particularly Flow.
Basic to intermediate skills in Apex and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
Must hold valid Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certifications .
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, version control tools such as GitHub, OmniStudio, JotForm, HubSpot, Slack, AWS S3 and Dialpad.
