Clinical Pharmacist | Coastal WA We're partnering with a regional public hospital in Western Australia find an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a short-term contract role.
This role is suited to pharmacists with hospital experience who are confident working independently across wards in a supportive team environment.
Please note, this position is not suitable for interns or international candidates.
What's on offer $70-$80 per hour + super, depending on experience Accommodation provided Return travel covered (flights or fuel reimbursement) Full-time hours 8-12 week contract with potential for extension The role Your responsibilities will include: Clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical and rehabilitation wards Medication reconciliation,



reviews and discharge counselling Admissions and discharge planning Participation in ward rounds and collaboration with medical, nursing and allied health teams Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations and patient care initiatives What you'll need Full AHPRA registration – we don't do any intern roles.
