Overview This role responsible for managing the people, processes and systems supporting Fund Services Investment Operations team which provides middle and back-office outsourcing services to investment managers and financial institutions.
The role involves the day-to-day management of the overall team, design and implementation of current products and services as well as managing client deliverables.
Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus Manage and develop the Investment Operations team to build a high performing team with focus on Client Service Delivery, Operational Risk Management and Product and Service Knowledge Partner with business sponsors on business initiatives to develop new products and services for clients Develop a deep understanding of each client to ensure the firm is well placed for the provision of solutions and client service Accountable for delivery of continuous improvement project work to improve service quality and drive efficiency such as automation Seek to control costs by using cost management techniques/methods coupled with change control Accountable for the Profit and Loss (P
