We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a medical company located in Seven Hills.
This role is available for an immediate start, and you must be able to commit to the length of the assignment.
The Role
Processing customer orders
Responding to phone and email enquiries - Stock Availability, ETA's, Pricing
Processing Sales Order returns and IssuingCredit Notes
Database maintenance and data entry
About You
Experience within Customer Service and Order Processing
Experience with Excel
Have intermediate MS Office
Have explicit and concise communication skills
Be available to commit to the length of the assignment
