Tennis NSW is seeking a Competitive Pathways Lead to drive the growth of competitive tennis across NSW by delivering pathway programs, competitions and key initiatives.
You will partner with clubs, coaches and stakeholders to create engaging player experiences and strengthen participation at all levels.
You will coordinate competitive play initiatives, build relationships with tournament directors, coaches, clubs and officials, and lead projects to improve participation using data and feedback.
