EVT Limited seeks experienced Team Leaders / Section Waiters for TAYIM at Harbour Rocks Hotel in The Rocks.
You will manage a restaurant section during busy service, delivering warm, attentive and productive table service with strong knowledge of the menu and wine.
You'll lead others, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and maintain premium standards while working evenings, weekends and peak dinner periods.
NSW RSA certification is required.
