Orde Financial is seeking a Senior Customer Assist Officer in Melbourne to manage late-stage arrears, MIP matters and complex mortgage accounts across residential, commercial and construction loans. You will drive recovery activity with professionalism, maintain accurate case notes and coordinate with solicitors, agents and internal teams to uphold governance and risk controls.
The role offers hybrid work with three days in the office and two days from home, and a focus on coaching teammates
