An exciting opportunity has become available for a
full-time Receptionist/Accounting Assistant
to join a boutique and growing business located central Gold Coast.

The Role
As the first point of contact for clients and a valued member of the accounting team, you will play an key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience to clients.
Reporting to the Partner, you will also assist with ensuring the accounts are reconciled at the end of each month together with month end and financial reporting in line with accounting principles.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Welcoming clients and general reception duties
ASIC and ATO portal reporting and correspondence
Diary appointments
Onboarding and collating client packs
Assisting accounting team with follow up and various administration tasks




Other accounting duties as requested
About You
Ideally you will be currently working within a similar role, you will be a team player and have a can-do attitude that people will want to work with. You will have strong work ethics and have the right attitude to want to work in this top shelf business.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Ideally have previous experience working in a similar role in an accounting office and have assisted the accounting with their work
Strong communication and people skills
Proactive with a high attention to detail
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Intermediate to strong Microsoft Office skills
