We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic
Food & Beverage Attendant
to join our team at
Nth Heritage Motel, Cairns
. This casual role offers variety across food service, customer service and kitchen support, making it ideal for candidates looking for flexible hospitality work within a supportive team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with food preparation and meal service
Deliver friendly and professional customer service
Support dining room and food service operations
Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen duties
Maintain clean and organised kitchen and service areas
Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
Support chefs and hospitality team members during service periods
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous hospitality,
kitchen or food service experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable with flexible availability for casual shifts
Positive attitude and willingness to assist across different duties
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
