The Chance
The Firm arelooking for a sharp, commercially minded Banking & Finance lawyer to join their elite finance team. In this role you will not be relegated to boilerplate work; rather, you will be deeply involved in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of high-stakes transactions.
Representing a sophisticated client base of borrowers, sponsors and corporate. You'll assist on refinancings, private capital transactions and debt restructurings, draft and negotiate intercreditor arrangements and security documents.

We would like to speak to lawyers with 2-4+ years PQE gained at a top-tier, international, or high-caliber mid-tier firm with a strong technical foundation in banking and finance law.
