This role is perfect for experienced travel professionals, from established Europe or Canada specialists to retail travel agents ready to take the next step from generalist consulting into destination specialisation.
With excellent training in systems, product knowledge, and professional skills, you'll quickly grow into a recognised destination specialist.

What You'll Do




Consult with clients and travel agents to understand their needs and create their journey
Specialise in either Europe or Canada, using your destination knowledge to inspire and guide clients
Create and quote holidays, from our curated packages through to tailored and custom itineraries
Arrange accommodation, transport, touring and experiences to create seamless travel arrangements
Manage enquiries from initial consultation through to booking, delivering knowledgeable and responsive service
Work closely with your team, overseas operators and suppliers to deliver great holidays and continually strengthen our product offering
What You Bring
3+ years' experience as a travel agent (retail or wholesale)
Strong firsthand knowledge of either Europe or Canada with personal travel experience
A natural ability to consult, build trust and influence decisions
Comfortable working to sales targets and motivated by achieving results
Dynamic and quick-thinking, with strong numerical ability and the capacity to retain information well
Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and organisational skills
Adaptability, and a proactive mindset
A team player who thrives in a supportive work from home environment
