Campsie Family Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated dentist to join our established 3-chair dental practice, with a genuine opportunity to explore practice ownership.
Established in December ****, our practice has built a loyal patient base and a strong presence within the local community.
This is more than a traditional associate dentist position.
We are particularly interested in a dentist who has genuine ambitions of becoming a practice owner and is ready to explore this opportunity in the near future.
Our Practice & Facilities
Our practice is equipped with:
Three fully equipped dental surgeries
CBCT and OPG imaging
Digital intraoral X-ray system
TRIOS 5 intraoral scanner
In-house 3D printing technology
Dental4Windows practice management software
Experienced Dental Assistants and dedicated reception support
Established and multicultural patient base, with regular walk-in emergency patients
Conveniently located approximately 14km from Sydney CBD and within a 5-min walking distance of Campsie Station, with the new Sydney Metro Southwest service expected to commence in late ****
Easy access to local bus services and nearby parking
What We Offer
Flexible working arrangements, initially around 2–3 days per week, with potential to increase to 4–5 days depending on patient demand
40% commission

About You
We are looking for a dentist who:
Holds current AHPRA registration as a dentist in Australia
Has solid experience in comprehensive general dentistry
Demonstrates excellent clinical judgement and patient communication skills
Has a genuine interest in practice ownership and business development
Orthodontic experience is highly desirable
Internationally trained dentists with extensive overseas clinical experience are welcome to apply
A Genuine Practice Ownership Prospect
This position combines a flexible clinical role with the opportunity to explore equity ownership in an established dental practice.
