Edgewater Restaurant
We are currently recruiting for hospitality professional with 2
plus years
of restaurant experience. We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for service, love of wine and food, and history of providing exceptional dining experiences.
Wine knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
Must be able to carry three plates
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and precise food delivery
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanour
Must have flexible availability to assist in fulfilling busy weekends and weekdays and current RSA.
