Candidates will be considered within the rock mechanics, mine waste, structural geology, hydrogeology, or surface water discipline areas. The Opportunity:
As
Regional Director, Australia
, you will be a key member of the global leadership team, responsible for establishing Equilibrium as a recognised specialist consultancy in the Australian mining market.
This role combines business leadership, strategic growth, client development, technical leadership and team building. You will have the autonomy and support to develop opportunities, strengthen relationships and build the capability required for long-term success.
Working directly with Equilibrium's internationally recognised technical leaders, you will have the rare opportunity to combine the freedom and influence of an entrepreneurial environment with the technical depth and global capability of an established specialist consultancy.

What You'll Do:
Lead and Grow the Australian Business
Lead Equilibrium's Australian growth strategy, market expansion and positioning.
Partner with global leadership to align strategy, resources and opportunities.
Oversee Australian operations and capability to support sustainable growth.
Build Client Relationships and Market Presence
Build trusted relationships with mining leaders and key industry stakeholders across Australia.
Lead strategic pursuits, client engagement, proposals and commercial opportunities.
Represent Equilibrium across the mining, engineering and professional communities.
Identify opportunities where Equilibrium's specialist capability can create value.
Provide Technical Leadership
Maintain technical involvement across complex projects.
Champion technical excellence, innovation and quality.
