F45 Training Leppington is looking for a passionate Group Fitness Trainer to join our team. Coach groups of up to 36 members and deliver confident, high-energy and professional sessions.
Key responsibilities
Coach groups of up to 36 members
Deliver confident, high-energy and qualified sessions
Arrive on time, prepared and familiar with the workout and movements before every shift
Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends
Set up and pack away equipment safely and efficiently
Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all members
Build strong relationships with members and help them achieve their goals
Assist with social media, sales, lead generation and member retention when required
Bring a positive attitude and genuine passion for coaching
