The role
Negotiate financial markets documentation with domestic and offshore counterparties
Advise the business on counterparty and documentation risk
Maintain templates, playbooks and documentation processes
Keep documentation up to date with regulatory change
Partner with the front office, operations and the wider legal team
About you
Admitted in Australia with 5+ years of experience in financial markets documentation
Background at a bank, trading firm, fund manager or top-tier law firm
Commercial, organised and confident handling a high volume of work
