Urbanscapes is seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven experience successfully managing multiple commercial landscaping and/or civil construction projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
Independently manage multiple projects from commencement through to completion.
Manage project budgets, costs, purchasing, variations and financial performance.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate supervisors, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers across multiple sites.
Interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts and scopes of work.
Oversee commercial hardscaping, softscaping, irrigation and associated civil works.
Maintain strong client relationships and communicate regularly with senior management.
Ensure WHS compliance, quality control and successful project delivery.
About you
Proven project management experience in commercial landscaping, civil construction or a closely related industry.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously.
Strong experience in budgeting, programming, subcontractor coordination and variations.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret detailed construction plans and specifications.
Current driver's licence and Construction White Card.
Relevant industry qualifications are highly regarded.
