About the Rolen
We're seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of fast-track projects and maintenance contracts. The work includes new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs and ongoing maintenance.

You'll manage projects from planning through to completion, balancing programme, budget, safety and quality requirements while maintaining strong working relationships with clients, site teams and subcontractors. A solid electrical background and practical maintenance knowledge will be important in this hands-on role.
Key Responsibilitiesn
n
Manage the day-to-day delivery of electrical projects and maintenance contracts.
n
Develop scopes of work, budgets and cost plans.
n
Monitor project programmes and coordinate resources to keep work on schedule.
n
Prepare and oversee safety plans, OH&S; documentation and contract risk assessments.
n
Direct electrical supervisors and coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment.
n
Monitor apprentice work and support their development on site.
n
Engage subcontractors and ensure work meets contractual requirements.
n
Prepare and review production control reports.
n
Track project costs,



manage expenditure against budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
n
Liaise directly with client representatives and build positive working relationships.
n
Attend site meetings and provide clear project updates.
n
About Youn
You'll bring experience managing commercial electrical projects, along with the confidence to coordinate teams and take ownership of delivery. You'll also have:

Previous experience in a similar Project Manager role.
n
A strong electrical technical background.
n
Knowledge of electrical maintenance work and contracts.
n
Experience managing project budgets, programmes and resources.
n
The ability to coordinate supervisors, apprentices and subcontractors.
n
A strong understanding of workplace health and safety and project risk management.
n
Explicit communication and client relationship skills.
n
A self-motivated, positive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
