Nude Amigos is a busy and established restaurant specialising in modern Mexican cuisine. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
Managing kitchen operations during service
Assisting with menu planning and development
Supervising and training kitchen staff
Managing stock control and ordering
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
About you
Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or higher)
1 year experience as a Chef
Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Strong organisational and teamwork skills
