The Opportunity
As Care Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing clinical care delivery, supporting your team and ensuring residents receive the highest possible standard of care.
You'll be joining an established leadership structure comprising a Facility Manager, two Care Managers, Registered Nurses and care staff,



providing a collaborative environment with clear lines of responsibility.

About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
At least one year's experience working as a Care Manager within aged care
Strong clinical leadership and team management capabilities
A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
The ability to support, develop and motivate clinical teams
