G James Glass and Aluminium is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Newcastle Windows & Doors manufacturing operation. This hands-on leadership role involves improving planning, labour utilisation, production discipline and continuous improvement on the factory floor.
You will own day-to-day production performance, coordinating with the Branch Manager and sales team to ensure capacity, labour, materials and customer requirements are aligned.
