This is a shift work position working on a rotating roster of day and night shifts.
Applicants must be comfortable working across both shifts as part of our production team.

The Role
As a Mill Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
Operating and monitoring milling equipment to ensure efficient production.
Performing quality checks and maintaining product specifications.
Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.




Adhering to safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean work area.
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and improve processes.
You will have
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
A commitment to safety and quality standards.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, if required.
Relevant certifications or training in manufacturing processes (an advantage).
