You will help uphold the highest levels of food safety and hygiene, effectively manage stock and costs, and contribute to the development and coaching of team members to drive a high-performing kitchen culture.

What are we looking for
Proven Senior Chef experience required in a high volume, rapid paced restaurant
Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for food and a keen desire for continuous learning
Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen
Previous knowledge of food and labour cost controls, with basic computer skills
A warm, naturally engaging personality that takes pride in delivering a memorable product
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
