We're seeking a passionate and experienced Case Manager to join our Homelessness Services team, supporting men experiencing homelessness at The Open Door and Flagstaff residential facilities.
This is an opportunity to walk alongside people during some of the most challenging periods of their lives and help them secure stable housing, reconnect with services, and achieve lasting positive outcomes.
About the Role As a Case Manager , you'll provide person-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed support to residents experiencing homelessness and complex life challenges.
Working collaboratively with clients, you'll develop tailored case plans, advocate for their needs, and support their journey toward long-term housing and greater independence.




You'll build meaningful relationships, coordinate support services, and work closely with housing, health, legal, mental health, and community organisations to achieve sustainable outcomes for clients.
Reporting to the Team Leader, this is a fixed-term full-time role, contracted until October ****, based in Flagstaff, VIC.
Conditions Compensation is in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 5.
$***** – $***** hourly + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties, allowances, NFP salary packaging.
