About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer, law graduate, or final-year law student to kickstart their legal career with exposure to a wide variety of complex and stimulating legal matters. You'll work closely with senior solicitors and be mentored by experienced professionals, including the Firm's Solicitor Director and Senior Associates. You'll manage your own files under supervision and have direct interaction with clients, offering a well-rounded experience from the outset.
Key responsibilities:
Work across dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and employment law
Handle matters in state courts, federal courts, tribunals, and commissions
Take ownership of files while receiving ongoing support and guidance
Engage directly with clients to provide solutions and advice
Key requirements:
At least 1-3 years PAE in private practice
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload with effective time management
Some general practice experience is a plus but not required
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Market-competitive salary of $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience
