Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Outbound Sales Executive who loves a challenge, thrives on targets and knows how to turn a great conversation into a sale!
Based at our Macquarie Park office with hybrid working, you'll to help grow our Australian Foodservice business by connecting with recent and existing customers, converting leads, uncovering sales opportunities and building relationships that drive real results.
Working alongside our Field Sales and Marketing teams, you'll challenge your selling skills, sharpen your commercial acumen and build a strong foundation for long-term career success in Foodservice sales.
What you will do Make outbound calls, qualify leads and win new customers.
Grow existing accounts by uncovering new opportunities and introducing customers to our products.
Follow up leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows and online enquiries.
Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs and negotiate great outcomes.
Own your sales pipeline, manage call cycles and keep Salesforce records up to date.
Hit sales, volume and margin targets while delivering a great customer experience.
What you will bring Proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG,



Foodservice or B2B.
Confidence on the phone, with a knack for building rapport, influencing and closing sales.
A competitive streak, resilience and motivation to achieve targets.
Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
Commercial awareness and confidence using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine drive to learn and succeed.
