What does this role involve?
This role is accountable for managing the strata finance activities that support the delivery of compliant, efficient and client focused service for Strata Management.
Success in this area will be achieved by efficiently executing finance activities such as:
Financial year end processes
Banking
Management Fees
Levy generation and billing matters
Creditor and creditor payments
BAS/GST/ATO issues and tax returns
Investment accounts management
Onboarding and offboarding new and lost businesses
Effectively coordinating with the external processing team to ensure financial tasks and queries are actioned accurately, efficiently and within agreed service standards and SLAs.




Maintaining high standards of financial governance and ensuring processes are compliant with legislative, regulatory and company requirements.
Building strong and cooperative relationships across the business through clear, timely and effective communication.
Ensuring all processes and procedures are effectively documented.

You should have:
Previous experience in Strata Finance is essential
Experience with Strata Master will be highly regarded
Proficient in all basic Microsoft tools
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders
