About you
You are an experienced Master IV who enjoys a good laugh and creating amazing memories. You are a leader who is responsible for ensuring the vessels are well maintain and all crew onboard are trained and operating at a high standard. You are a motivator and provide outstanding experiences to customers. You place safety as a high priority and complete checks on the vessel and equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.
You have a Master IV / MED II with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.

We are offering you the opportunity to be apart of a leading company in tourism in the most beautiful office imaginable on the Great Barrier Reef. You will need to be available to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading your crew to a high standard and motivating them to work as a team;
Provide safe and efficient operation of vessels
Deliver crew training and guidance
Providing excellent customer service to your passengers
Managing passenger and crew safety onboard
Performing daily upkeep and required maintenance on your vessel
Maintaining communication with the Operations team and other departments within Experience Co
Due to changing weather conditions and variable operational requirements, a flexible and positive attitude is key
