We are seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse specialising in veterinary products, pet food and animal healthcare supplies, including vaccines and other veterinary essentials.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership, organisational and inventory management skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Pay Rate:
$***** per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday | Day shifts | 8–10 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching orders.
Coordinate and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Manage stock levels, inventory control and regular stocktakes.
Ensure veterinary products, vaccines and pet food are stored, handled and dispatched in accordance with relevant procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and ensure orders are accurate and dispatched on time.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain accurate warehouse records.
About You
Previous experience in warehouse management, supervision or a similar role.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach to work.
Experience working with veterinary products, vaccines or pet food is highly regarded.
Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
A current drivers licence and experience using warehouse management systems would be an advantage.
