Sales Representative – Fitness Equipment Showroom (NordicTrack & iFIT)
You'll be the face of iFIT in our showroom, working with walk-in customers, booked appointments and online leads. You'll help customers find the right NordicTrack equipment and iFIT training membership to reach their goals.
Key responsibilities
Greet and consult with customers face to face, and recommend the right NordicTrack hardgoods and iFIT membership
Deliver confident product demonstrations, including features and benefits
Run appointments in the showroom and by video call
Follow up online leads and abandoned carts promptly and see them through to a result
Process quotes and sales accurately and keep our CRM up to date
Keep the showroom clean, well presented and merchandised
Support media and sales events run with our PR team and media partners, including showroom events, product launches and media visits
Welcome media guests and influencers, demonstrate products,



and turn event interest into sales
Work with our sales, marketing, customer care and warehouse teams for a smooth customer experience
About you
Proven face-to-face sales experience, ideally in fitness equipment, consumer electronics or other high-value retail
A confident, consultative communicator who builds rapport without pressure
Comfortable selling over video as well as in person
Organised and self-driven, with robust follow-up habits
Good computer skills, including CRM, email and order systems
Available Tuesday to Saturday, including every Saturday
Able to demonstrate heavy equipment safely
Right to work in Australia
