Service Manager / Account Manager - Maintenance Division

An outstanding chance has arisen for an experienced Account Manager or Service Manager to join a highly established and growing electrical services business that employs more than 450 staff nationwide and has ambitious growth plans for the future. With a strong presence in commercial maintenance and exciting expansion plans into the Data Centre sector, the business is seeking a driven Service Manager to lead a key Commercial portfolio across Sydney.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will oversee the delivery of electrical maintenance services across a portfolio of approximately
20+ multi-storey commercial office buildings
throughout Sydney. You will be responsible for managing a team of
five technicians
, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational performance across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with key commercial clients
Oversee service delivery across a portfolio of commercial office buildings
Lead, mentor and support a team of 5 Electrical Technicians
Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programs
Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards
Monitor contract performance, service quality and client satisfaction
Identify opportunities for additional works and account growth
Work closely with senior leadership to support business expansion initiatives
What you need to succeed
Electrical Trade Qualification




Strong knowledge of commercial electrical maintenance environments
Previous experience managing commercial maintenance contracts, service operations or major client accounts
Proven ability to lead technicians or field-based service teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities
Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach
