Healthscope Independence Services (HIS) in Victoria seeks a passionate Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality care within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. You will support clients with daily living, personal care, meal prep, and community activities, following individual support plans and documenting progress.
A Certificate IV in Disability or related field and at least 1 year of experience are required.
