Loulou Production & Lamination, part of Etymon Projects, is seeking a Pastry Chef for Café Loulou in North Sydney. You will produce a range of French pastries and viennoiserie including croissants, laminated pastries, cakes, éclairs, macarons, tarts and more.
This hands-on role requires lamination expertise, high presentation standards, and a robust understanding of pastry production. Shifts may include early mornings, daytime or overnight to support a seven-day operation.
