QLD, ACT, VIC | Senior ILS Manager – Integrated Logistics Support | TSPV/TSPA Cleared
Support the sustainment and operational readiness of complex mission-critical systems as a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Manager. This role is suited to an experienced ILS, sustainment or logistics engineering qualified who can coordinate lifecycle support activities, analyse supportability performance and work closely with engineering, operations and project teams.

Contract Duration:
Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV or TSPA clearance to perform this role.

Essential Tasks
Plan and coordinate ILS activities supporting system sustainment and operational readiness
Translate system requirements into effective lifecycle sustainment and support solutions
Analyse availability, reliability, maintainability and lifecycle cost information to improve sustainment outcomes
Support governance reviews and coordinate logistics outcomes across internal and external stakeholders
Key Criteria
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in ILS, sustainment management or logistics engineering
Demonstrated experience developing and applying ILS or sustainment programs for complex systems
Strong capability analysing supportability data and identifying sustainment risks and issues
Experience developing acquisition and support documentation within Defence environments
