What you'll be doing
As an Account Manager, you'll manage and grow a $3.5m customer portfolio,



building lasting relationships and delivering tailored print and marketing solutions that help clients achieve real results.
You'll:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
Present creative proposals that deliver measurable value
Identify and convert current business opportunities
Enjoy cold calling and developing new relationships
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless project delivery
What you'll bring
You're personable, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
A natural networker who enjoys connecting with new people and uncovering opportunities
Confident working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients
Experience in print, mailing, branded merchandise, or print management (highly regarded)
Self-driven and results-focused with excellent communication skills
Proficient in Excel and CRM systems
Most importantly — a positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
